Assistance
- We eliminate the crisis situation caused by an accident, providing for the necessary tug or lift capabilities, contacting the authorities and calling the fire brigade or the ambulance, as the case may be, in necessity
- We provide for the emergency repair of the vehicle on site or its transportation to a workshop
- We provide for the repatriation and the safeguarding of the damaged vehicle
- We maintain contact continuously with the workshop, the owner (operator) of the vehicle and the family, respectively
- In case of a personal injury, we organise medical treatment
- We organise repatriation of driver, advancing travel expenses, too, if necessary
- We provide for a replace driver, if necessary
We provide for complete claims management services:
- We care to report the claim to insurers
- Within the shortest time, we organise the survey on a place determined by You (including an eventual second survey after dismounting the vehicle) via loss adjusters approved by the insurers
- We agree repair costs with insurers via electronic communication
- We collect and forward to insurers all documents necessary to claims settlement within the shortest time
- We may be entitled to pay smaller claims directly on behalf of insurers
- We care for a claims setlement as fast as possible otherwise, as well
